Inconel 600 (UNS N06600, W.Nr 2.4816): plate, sheet and strip ASTM B168 / ASME SB168, round bar ASTM B166, seamless pipe and tube ASTM B167, welded pipe ASTM B517.

Inconel 625 (UNS N06625, W.Nr 2.4856): plate, sheet and strip ASTM B443 / ASME SB443, round bar ASTM B446, seamless pipe and tube ASTM B444, welded pipe ASTM B705.

Inconel 718 (UNS N07718, W.Nr 2.4668): round bar and forgings ASTM B637, plate and sheet ASTM B670, supplied solution annealed or aged as stated on the order and MTC.

Inconel 601 (UNS N06601, W.Nr 2.4851) for furnace parts in hot oxidising gas, and Inconel X-750 (UNS N07750, W.Nr 2.4669) bar to ASTM B637 for springs and high-temperature fasteners.

Forgings and flanges: ASTM B564 / ASME SB564. Fittings: ASTM B366 (WPNCI for 600, WPNCMC for 625).

Typical chemistry: Inconel 600 Ni 72% min, Cr 14–17%, Fe 6–10%. Inconel 625 Cr 20–23%, Mo 8–10%, Nb+Ta 3.15–4.15%. Inconel 718 Ni 50–55%, Cr 17–21%, Nb+Ta 4.75–5.50%, Mo 2.8–3.3%. Density: 600 about 8.47 g/cm³, 625 about 8.44 g/cm³, 718 about 8.19 g/cm³.

Annealed minimums: Inconel 600 plate (ASTM B168) tensile 550 MPa, yield 240 MPa, elongation 30%. Inconel 625 Grade 1 plate (ASTM B443) tensile 827 MPa, yield 414 MPa, elongation 30%. Vessel yards usually ask for these values to be read against the ASME SB number on the drawing.

Inconel forms we supply

Fabrication yards mostly buy Inconel 625 and 600 plate cut to nozzle reinforcement pads, tube-sheet blanks and liner strips, so we cut to your plate layout instead of sending full mill sheets. Circles are punched for blanks and pads, pipe is cut to spool lengths, and 718 and X-750 round bar is cut to stud and stem lengths. Strip, seamless and welded tube, flanges and fittings are also supplied, and each piece keeps its heat number for your QA dossier. Sizes are on request.
