Incoloy grades and specifications

Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825, W.Nr 2.4858): plate, sheet and strip ASTM B424 / ASME SB424, bar ASTM B425, seamless pipe and tube ASTM B423, welded pipe B705 and welded tube B704, fittings ASTM B366 (WPNICMC).

Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT (UNS N08800 / N08810 / N08811): plate and sheet ASTM B409, bar ASTM B408, seamless pipe and tube ASTM B407, welded pipe B514, welded tube B515. 800H/800HT dual certification is common; we confirm it per order.

Incoloy 925 (UNS N09925): round bar and forgings to ASTM B805, for NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 service where the buyer specifies it.

Forgings and flanges for all three families: ASTM B564 / ASME SB564.

Incoloy 825 typical chemistry: Ni 38–46%, Cr 19.5–23.5%, Mo 2.5–3.5%, Cu 1.5–3.0%, Ti 0.6–1.2%, iron 22% min. Density about 8.14 g/cm³. Annealed minimums (ASTM B424): tensile 586 MPa, yield 241 MPa, elongation 30%.

Incoloy 800 family chemistry: Ni 30–35%, Cr 19–23%, Fe 39.5% min. 800H keeps carbon at 0.05–0.10% with ASTM grain size 5 or coarser for creep strength, and 800HT also holds Al+Ti at 0.85–1.20%. Density about 7.94 g/cm³.

Incoloy 825 tube for heat exchangers: seamless ASTM B423 and welded ASTM B704 in condenser and exchanger sizes, cut to length, with eddy-current or hydro test as stated on the MTC.
