Hastelloy pipe and tube carry the most aggressive fluids in chemical, pharmaceutical and gas-cleaning plants. Hastelloy piping is usually ordered against a line list, so send outside diameter, wall thickness or schedule, length, seamless or welded construction, grade and specification. Welded pipe to B619 is often more economical for larger diameters, while seamless B622 is preferred for small-bore and high-pressure lines. We confirm what is available and the lead time.

Hastelloy tubulars bring nickel-molybdenum-chromium corrosion resistance into pressure systems, resisting pitting, crevice corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking in hot acids and chlorides.
